Internships and Opportunities | College Application Support | Guidance Newsletter
New Jersey SEEDS' Guidance department works with students who have graduated from the Scholars and Young Scholars Programs and are enrolled in middle and high schools. Guidance also works with those students who have graduated from the College Preparatory Program and are enrolled in colleges and universities.
Guidance officers visit SEEDS graduates at their receiving institutions and provide a range of services to meet the needs of students, including organizing college tours, arranging summer internships, hosting outings to cultural events, and distributing an issue-focused newsletter aimed at middle and high school students.
SEEDS Guidance department is here to help students and their families navigate the academic, social, cultural and emotional challenges that might arise during the transition to placement schools and college.
SEEDS is grateful to the Fred C. Rummel foundation for its Guidance support in FY12.
